Job Description
 Assessing students/client's personal characteristics, skills and interests via phone call,
one-to-one interviews and/or group sessions;
 Providing appropriate help, advice and recommendations based on interviews/test
results;
 Counsel and Admit students and filing their documents
 Conducting seminars/workshops/job fair etc.;
 Offering practical assistance with job-seeking, applications/CVs and interviews;
 Helping students/clients to solve problems and manage their own careers;
 Aiding clients in their search for appropriate employment;
 Writing action plans, reports and careers literature;
 Daily report to the higher management
 Any other related work assigned by the management.

Job Specification:
 Graduate/ Masters in any marketing or international business discipline.
 One year experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
 Fresher’s candidate are highly encourage to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:
 Age 24 to 30 year(s).
 Excellent communication skill both in Bengali &English.
 Willingness to work independently with self-direction.
 Willing to work as an active team player.
 Good interpersonal and communication skill.

 To increase the revenue of Japanese Language Training.
 To provide backup support on the holidays.

Terms and Conditions:
 His/her probation period will be based on satisfactory performance.
 His/hers initial salary will be negotiable
 He / She will be given per year 02 times festival bonus after probation period.
