- We are looking for a young, energetic, and target oriented, self-motivated, and proactive person to employee as Manager/ Assistant Manager, who has the experience at least 3-5 years of proven experience in the corporate sector for meaningful contribution to our company to reach the organization`s goal.
- Execute day-to-day sales-related activities.
- Plan and implement effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue targets both in Sales and Collection.
- Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
- Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
- Maintain effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures the company's interest.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
- To apply different tools and techniques to achieve the sales target.
- Weekly and monthly sales report preparation.
- Regular and systematic credits follow-up.
- Operational planning by analyzing the opportunities of Retail & Corporate sales.
- Preparing short and long-term sales forecasts and marketing plans on assigned products.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, develop quotations and proposals.
- Achieve financial objectives and sales targets of assigned portfolio.
- Maintain a strong relationship with regulatory Govt. & Non-Govt. organizations.
- Make regular field visits and conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop and increase Business by following upon potential leads with face-to-face presentation.
- Hard working, sincere and energetic for Retail & Corporate sales. Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Maintain liaison with the principal on product-related issues and technical support.
- Make regular field visits and identify prospected customers.
- Prepare relevant reports and presentations for senior management.
