Job Responsibilities

  • To greet the visitors and make waiting time comfortable after notifying pertinent individual.
  • To clarify any query from the visitors or refer to the appropriate person.
  • To keep records of visitors in Software.
  • To receive regular mails and couriers and ensure delivery to the right department/individual.
  • To maintain congenial & harmonious relation with both internal and external customers.
  • To managing internal communication system.
  • To be well groomed.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by Administration & HR.
