Job Responsibilities

  • Attending customers complaints and queries through phone calls and emails.
  • ERP Software, Services, Operating Systems, Networking, Internet, Service Usage.
  • Follow-up Trouble Tickets, Identify customer's needs, Clarify information, Resolve Customer Complaints and co-ordinate related departments for quick resolution to the Customer's Problem
  • Prepare and distribute activity reports to superiors.
  • Ability to work effectively with a Team under the supervision and instruction of the Head of Department.
  • Excellent knowledge on Computer Hardware, Internet, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows) & Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.)
  • Sales of ICT, software and mobile applications based products;
  • Maintain liaison and develop good relationship with clients for promotion, up selling, cross selling;
  • Regular market/ organization/ Institution visits, pursue new clients and report thereof of market activities on daily basis;
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales target, review own performance and aim to exceed targets;
  • Gather market and customer info enabling negotiations in prices, delivery and specifications;
  • Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions;

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge on Computer Hardware, Internet, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows) &
  • Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.)
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Ticketing systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Adaptability, team work & organizational skill.
  • Stress tolerance and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ready to work even in any national & religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
